Ambassador Worldwide Protection Agency, Inc. is currently seeking sharp, experienced and highly qualified individuals to join our team as Armed (Level II) Security Officer in the Memphis, TN metropolitan area.  Ambassador Worldwide Protection Agency, Inc. is a para-military and para-policing state of Tennessee contract security company and 8(a) U.S. Government contractor where we provide private protective services security solutions on a global scale. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 consecutive years of proven experience working as a licensed  armed security  officer Must be a citizen of the United States of America  Good moral character with no arrest or convictions for DUI, Domestic Violence, Drug or Narcotics charges, Theft or any other dishonest acts   check, which shall be performed on all candidates prior to consideration for work under this Company.  Background checks will include employment history, education level, credit, and a criminal history check.  Applicants with outstanding warrants, violent criminal history, domestic violence, stalking or harassment, theft, fraud, DUI, reckless driving or patterns of immoral behavior will not be considered. Must NOT have been dishonorably discharged from the US. military service Must NOT be restricted from possessing or qualifying with any firearm Possession of a valid state license for armed security and availability to present it during the interview and while on duty in company uniform. Must have excellent presentation of uniform, excellent verbal, written and communication skills Proficient in firearms knowledge and the ability to successfully qualify on handgun and additional weapon (shotgun, AR-15, handcuff, chemical agent, baton, taser, etc)  Must be able to follow rules and guidelines in great detail, give attention to detail at all times and have good teamwork skills. Ability to pass a Physical Agility Test (P.A.T) Must be in good physical condition and have appropriate endurance, be able to protect themselves and others. * Must be able to function in all applicable environments and climates. * Must be able to withstand sudden emotional stress and physical exertion. * Applicant may be required to run, jump, climb, or crawl. * Medical approval may be requested or required before applicant can be considered. Key Responsibilities: Adhere to a strict military-style dress code and appearance standards Secure control areas Maintain a high-level security presence and safety by patrolling assigned areas and promptly responding to potential threats or violations of governmental rules including state and federal laws Effectively and efficiently communicate complex information to clients and fellow team members. Demonstrate a strong ability to recognize, analyze, and enforce security measures to mitigate potential risks. Uphold the principles of the agency and adhere to all standard operating procedures. Collaborate with other team members and law enforcement agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to security. Benefits:
