Responsibilities
• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone• Supervise Associates and maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and maintain a clean work area• Execute and supervise Company operational processes• Maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor for safety• Responsible for security of the building• Responsible for customer safety and emergency procedures• Treat all customers, associates, and leaders with respect• Represent and support the Company brand• Ensure all areas of the store are clean and well-maintained
Requirements
• Excellent verbal communication skills• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations• Ability to work evenings and weekends
