Key Responsibilities:
As an Area Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities and nurturing existing ones. Here's what you'll be doing:
Collaborate closely with our distributors and dealers to maintain strong relationships and communicate essential business information.
Develop and execute business plans, working in tandem with the Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager.
Utilize your technical expertise to assist customers in identifying their unique needs, recommending suitable products, and providing exceptional customer service.
Lead by example, promoting a positive safety culture and embodying our company's values in all interactions.
Contribute to market development efforts, building acceptance of our products and technologies within your assigned territory.
Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities, sharing insights and opportunities with the team.
Collaborate with various departments within our company to drive initiatives and meet objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business administration preferred; professional engineering credentials are a plus.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or technical role, with a demonstrated ability to meet objectives and deliver results.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 3 days per week.
Adaptability and resilience in navigating changing priorities and high-pressure situations.
Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and access to a personal vehicle for business purposes.
