Area Manager

Greco is looking for an Area Manager! The Area Manager for Greco must have the ability to assemble and coach, develop and lead a team, manage to financial and physical goals of each property, know the ins and outs of property operations, and report to and meet Owner expectations. You will be leading a portfolio of properties; the ability to look forward, forecasting needs and changes and ability to deliver results will be a must. A desire for leading, developing, and coaching a large team is essential.

Minimum Qualifications The ideal candidate must have:
3 or more years of Class A multi-site property management experience Assembled and operated within a budget, can understand a balance sheet and P&L Continually provided an outstanding Customer Service experience even when dealing with difficult problems or customers Passionate about your results, coworkers, company, and family Excellent verbal and written communication skills A burning desire to compete and succeed Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office Must love dogs Bachelors Degree preferred Yardi experience preferred Does this resonate with you?
