We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Permanent Architect to join our fast-paced Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills to a wide range of architectural projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs, preparing detailed construction documents, and managing all stages of the design process from concept to completion. If you are a Registered Architect with a passion for excellence, a keen eye for detail, and a strong technical skillset, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.Prepare detailed construction documents, including architectural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.Utilize Revit and AutoCAD software to create precise and detailed 3D models and 2D drawings.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure the smooth and timely completion of projects.Manage all phases of the design process, including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction administration.Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge designs.Participate in project meetings and site visits as required.Ensure all designs are in compliance with architectural standards and codes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.Must be a Registered Architect.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the architectural field, preferably within the engineering industry.Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.Strong knowledge of construction documents and architectural drawings.Demonstrated experience in creating compelling design proposals.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.Knowledge of current architectural trends and technologies.Familiarity with architectural codes and regulations.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
