Location: Little Rock, AR
Compensation: $75,200 - $93,800 (Salary depends upon license and experience)
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented Architect to join our creative team. As a key member, you will be instrumental in the conceptualization, design, and execution of architectural projects that reflect our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements. Develop and present design concepts, incorporating both creative and practical elements. Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure design feasibility and compliance. Coordinate with internal and external teams throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques. Ensure designs align with local building codes and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture. Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5years' experience in managing commercial-scale projects. Intern architects & design professionals with Batchelor or master's in architecture will be considered if actively pursuing licensure. Proven experience in architectural design and project management. Proficient in industry-standard software and design tools. Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Familiarity with sustainable design principles.
