Responsibilities
• Perform basic architectural/engineering calculations• Prepare specifications, reports, and data tables• Maintain liaison with design and drafting groups• Prepare, review, and approve drawings• Perform advanced technical assignments• Coordinate activities with other departments• Assist in training and evaluation of personnel• Review and approve conceptual designs• Assist in the development of new architectural methods and techniques• Provide field construction administration support
Requirements
• BA/BS in Architecture or equivalent degree• 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent• Project production, detailing, and building code experience• Experience with construction administration and design documentation• Expertise in Revit, BIM 360, Navis/Glue• Preferred qualifications include licensed architect, aviation and transit experience, NCARB accreditation, and LEED accreditation• Ability to prioritize tasks and work within a team environment
