Duties and Responsibilities: Excellent Guest Experiences, strong communication skills for guest of all ages. Responds to Guest complaints of machine malfunction; assists in analyzing the mechanism to find the root of the problem. Assists in achieving company objectives regarding park sales and accountability of attractions. Maintain visual "Show" appearance of facility, with strong attention to detail. Maintain High ethical standards in the workplace. Goal setting with direct reports. Assists in ensuring the safety rules and regulations are adhered to by park patrons and staff according to established policies and laws for the wellbeing of all. Knowledge of the principles and practices of staffing and the supervision of employees. Ability to supervise the work of others. Ability to multitask. Ability to analyze staffing needs at individual rides and attractions. Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the essential duties of the position. Ability to use computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail, and database software.
