Responsibilities
• Performing all tree care services safely and efficiently• Enhancing the skills, performance, and productivity of team members• Supervising and managing crews while performing tree care services• Ensuring that all tree care work is performed according to standards• Communicating with clients and building relationships• Being passionate about nature, the environment, and the outdoors
Requirements
• At least three (3) years of tree climbing and aerial lift experience• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred)• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions• Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated
Key Skills Needed
• Tree climbing (DdRT or SRT)• Aerial lift experience
