Job Responsibilities: Review job contracts and document invoicing procedures. Set up new jobs with job code to track the project and customer invoicing requirements. Ensure all related documentation is uploaded to the system. Accurately invoice in compliance with contract agreements. Document all change orders to projects. Assist with month end process. Communicate heavily and support project managers with reporting and job status analysis. Perform job "close" process for each completed project. Audit of projects as requested. Analyze weekly CIE/BIE report and provide feedback on potential issues. Manage customer aging report, follow up with customers and Project Managers with past due invoices Perform other duties as required or assigned. Requirements: 4+ years' general accounting and/or accounts receivable experience. A strong understanding of contracts Excellent organizational, oral, written, and communication skills required; must be a self-motivated individual with good time management skills. Detail oriented; must have the ability to prioritize work, analyze information, identify discrepancies and meet deadlines. Strong customer service mindset and approach to business.
