Job Description The Applications Analyst role within Vista Outdoor / Revelyst is responsible for administering Enterprise Application for daily support and project implementations. Activities include responding to application inquiries, collecting requirements, exploring the impacts to business applications and infrastructure, designing solutions, creating documentation, and problem solving to improve applications. The Applications Analyst works closely with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Customer Service, E-commerce, and Information Technology teams. This position reports to the Manager of Enterprise Applications and allows you the flexibility to work from your home office or out of our Anoka, MN office. As the Applications Analyst, you will have an opportunity to : Responsible for implementing, modifying, troubleshooting, testing, and debugging applications: Salsify, Acquia DAM, Emerald B2B. Work with internal business, technical teams, and external resources to facilitate reuse, consistency, and on-time project implementations. Strategically and operationally plan for content reuse, adaptive content, and content personalization architecture. Perform regular content audits on our data across all brands and contact appropriate teams when discrepancies are identified. Stay up to date with new functionality and best practices for existing applications, making every effort to improve the utilization of applications by stakeholders. Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes, and anticipate implications. Lead requirements gathering sessions, break down functional requirements, development tasks, create documentation, and execute to completion. Maintain regular contact with internal customers to anticipate, identify and respond to their needs and expectations. Produce process flows, create instructions, and provide training for internal customers. Work independently and/or with team members to resolve escalated support tickets. You have: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing data, content, and/or digital assets on digital platforms such as PIM, DAM, or B2B. Requires proficiency of Microsoft Suite (Excel pivot tables and run VLOOKUP). Analytical and problem-solving skills with desire for continuous improvement and learning. Excellent communication skills both spoken and written along with efficient collaboration with varying levels of technical and leadership roles within the organization. Strong project management and organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Flexible and positive disposition to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You might have: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, business, or related field. Exposure to any of the following applications: Salsify, Acquia DAM, Widen, PlumRiver B2B, Elastic Suite B2B, Salesforce Commerce, Shopify, and ERPs. Experience with digital assets, SQL database management, taxonomy and schema creation, Lucid Chart, Jira, and Confluence. Experience in data mapping for integrations of applications, with a focus on ecommerce. Pay Range: $58,600.00 - $92,400.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
