Full job description Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Applications Admin. Position Type: Full Time, Contract to Possible Hire Duration: 6 Months Location: Middleton, WI Responsibilities: In accordance with documented standards and standard operating procedures Install and configure Windows Operating System (Windows 7, 10, 11) Configure laboratory applications. Configure and enable system backups. Schedule and execute system maintenance activities. Education: Prior experience installing, configuring, and supporting Windows-based computers. Prior experience operating in a regulated pharma environment. Clear communication (verbally and in writing) App Admins work in small teams with Validation Analysts and other App Admins. Typical activities include installing base computer image, participating in application installation, configuring system and application security, troubleshooting, adding and maintaining user accounts, enabling automated system backups, and documenting all actions taken. The position focuses on software validation related to laboratory instruments.
