Location:
This position is based locally, offering a hybrid remote work option from our Branford, CT manufacturing site. The role may require occasional travel to our Branford and Guilford sites for hands-on collaboration with systems and end users.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop, support, and maintain internal and cloud applications, including ERP, MES, CRM, ITSM, QMS, and CMS.
Design and maintain data integration, transformation, and reporting solutions.
Provide support to users, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
Create custom forms, dashboards, and reports for effective solutions.
Generate and maintain comprehensive system and user documentation.
Design, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing test software for medical device production.
Support MES and ERP applications, databases, and documentation.
Analyze and develop technical requirements for testability and interoperability.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of related experience in business enterprise systems or equivalent.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
Experience with Relational Database Management Systems.
Programming skills in languages such as VB.NET, C#.NET, T-SQL, or Python are advantageous.
Competence in designing complex SQL queries for MS SQL Server and creating reports using MS SSRS.
Familiarity with data integration tools (JitterBit, Zappier, Workato, etc.) is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a bonus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong documentation skills for requirements, design specifications, test protocols, and work instructions.
Willingness to work after-hours or additional hours as required.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Office-based work environment with hybrid capabilities (office and commutable remote).
Occasional travel between company sites within Connecticut.
Sedentary work with frequent sitting, standing, short durations of walking, and lifting up to 10lbs.
