Responsibilities
• Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services on appliances• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner• Maintain detailed records of service calls and repairs• Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
• Valid Driver's License• Ability to pass pre-employment screening• Previous experience in appliance repair preferred• Good interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy appliances• Basic computer skills
