Responsibilities
• Complete apartment service tickets and log work orders• Manage vacant apartments and prepare them for leasing• Keep grounds free of debris and trash• Provide excellent customer service to residents• Resolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks• General knowledge of maintenance repair and service
Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus• HVAC Certification is a plus
