Responsibilities
• Complete apartment service tickets and log work orders accurately and timely• Manage vacant apartments and prepare them for new prospects• Keep the grounds free of debris and trash• Provide excellent customer service to residents• Resolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs and installations• Perform minor carpentry repairs, painting, and drywall repair
Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)• General knowledge of maintenance repair and service• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus• HVAC Certification is a plus
