POSITION: Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates for anApartment Maintenance Technician to join our team to support Mission Hill Apartments in Albuquerque New Mexico. Experience in HVAC with an EPA certification is preferred. The main focus of this role is to help with getting apartments ready for new renters, completing work orders and helping with on-call emergencies at our apartments. PAY: Up to $19hr plus bonuses: Up to $750 every 3 months and $100 bonus for on-call weeks (minimum 1.5hrs time when on-call) SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5PM 40hrs a week (1 working Saturday a month)
Shared on-call 1x every 5 weeks
