A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ANNUAL FUND MANAGER As an Annual Fund Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction around identifying and reaching individual donors for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship in support of the Agency's appeals-related activities. You will guide the direct mail and digital solicitation activities related to annual giving , while also managing the donor database, giving records, and fund tracking.
The Annual Fund Manager will u se donor data and analysis to strategically expand the Agency's annual giving program with the goal of increasing the base of annual gifts through prospect and donor management. In this role, you will establish and implement the donor database infrastructure, and provide overall direction and supervision of the Gift Processor in their role overseeing the management of the Raiser's Edge database.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ANNUAL FUND MANAGER Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Fundraising, or related field; may have three (3) or more years of direct experience in lieu of a non-profit-related degree. Experience and proficiency with donor database use and management required; direct experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge preferred.
