Description Analytics Developer Sr, Strategic Analytics This is a full-time, exempt/salaried position on UCHealth's Enterprise Analytics team. This may be a 100% work-from-home position, but you must reside in Colorado.
Summary: Collects, analyzes, abstracts, and reports on advanced data using information technologies to support clinical/operational processes and departmental/organizational initiatives.
Responsibilities: Designs advanced data queries based on customer inquiries/needs. Extracts, validates, and analyzes desired data. Defines the scope and format of advanced reports and prepares same. Leads the design, implementation and evaluation of advanced data analysis processes, including determining the metrics and methodologies to be used. Presents advanced analysis in requested formats to internal/external audiences as required. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED 5 years of relevant experience Strong SQL development using best practice industry standard Microsoft Data Platform skills required for this position (including but not limited to some or all of the following: SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, Power BI) Experience with analytical manipulation and interpretation of large databases Preferred: Healthcare experience Epic experience or other EMR experience End-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics solutions: Experience in delivering complete reporting and analytics solutions The pay range for this position is: $42.41 - $63.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
