Core Responsibilities Participate in the process of implementing multiple Oracle provided system patches related to the aforementioned Finance, Supply Chain modules into production, including execution and documentation of test scenarios and scripts, performance of reviews and preparation of functional documentation necessary to insure the patches provide the intended results and system functionality. Work with Oracle, outside consultants, internal business users, and other Oracle Support Team resources to identify potential solutions to system issues, define functional requirements associated with proposed modifications and analyze data used in the preparation of system enhancements for the application. Communicate system related information, including specific functional system guidance with internal business customers Prepare and/or review and document non-complex functional designs for system modifications/enhancements. Provide daily production break/fix support. Support of the monthly accounting close cycle and other Company business functions. Execute specific test conditions and define test results for performance and user acceptance testing. May perform other related tasks and assignments as required. Required Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline. and minimum of two of work experience in a Finance or Supply Chain related discipline Preferred Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline. and minimum of two of work experience in a Finance or Supply Chain related discipline Relevant Work Experience Two or more years of work experience in a Finance or Supply Chain related discipline Required Excellent oral and written communication skills Required Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills Required Demonstrated analytic skills Required Ability to work in a team environment Required Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Required Demonstrated functional knowledge of modules associated with Finance and/or Supply Chain modules of Oracle E-Business Suite. Preferred Skills & Ability Ability to interpret basic information on drawings. Ability to build strong customer relationships Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc. Licenses & Certifications Driver's License Required Other Physical Demands Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
