Analyst-Data Management Analytics Details Essential Job Duties:
Proactively identifies reports that address current and emerging needs Routinely identify emerging issues revealed through reports for leadership review and action. As required create ad-hoc reports to meet emerging needs Custom development for pulling data and updating databases. Specific Industry Knowledge- Grasp of Healthcare knowledge to connect data with business problem solving Analyzes, designs, codes, tests software/programming. Assists Information Systems management and other Organizational leaders. Experience in the areas of BI development or data science. Monitors analytics and metrics results. Assists in established departmental guidelines. Works with department personnel in solving problems requiring advanced system knowledge and understanding. Experience with database design and architecture Proficient with Discern Analytics Experience with BI Reporting Tools such as Tableau and Power BI Experience with all variants of SQL to store, query, and manipulate data Knowledge of database management languages such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server Experience with process automation Knowledge of ETL Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, Java, C++, PHP Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 3 years' experience with report writing and visualization Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) necessary to communicate effectively with associates at all levels. Flexible in work schedule to meet department needs
