Amazon Inventory Coordinator

Nature's Sunshine is seeking a versatile Inventory Coordinator for our eRetail department to handle our Amazon inventory. This is an excellent opportunity to join our fantastic team in the growing field of herbal supplements. Responsibilities: Maintain an updated status on all UPCs in the Amazon ecosystem. Audit quarterly on packaging durations, Bill of Materials, packaging costs, and FBA (fulfillment by Amazon) fees and update multiple channel documents as necessary. Use Oracle ERP tools for lead times and tracking packaging material and inventory. Identify efficiencies and cost reductions for packaging and logistics within the ecosystem. Coordinate warehouse staff efforts to ensure orders are met, assembly is clean and efficient, and the team is focused on current objectives. Place FTL and LTL (full truckload and less than truckload) orders based on established marketing forecasts, configure and monitor pallet configurations, track bill of ladings for the accounting team, schedule LTL pick-ups, and ensure arrivals. Update the e-commerce packaging manual quarterly. Reconcile monthly reports to inventory and fees. Monitor NSP B2B Amazon program. Monitormultichannelannel website orders and make sure each order is fulfilled (once a day) and correct fulfillment errors. Develop monthly reports of e-commerce performance for the marketing team. Other duties as needed. Qualifications Experience managing UPCs in the Amazon ecosystem. Experience coordinating order fulfillment activities. High proficiency with various software programs, including Excel, and adaptable to quickly learning multiple platforms. Previous experience with Oracle ERP is a plus. Professional and clear verbal and written communication, as well as the ability to actively listen. Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to take initiative and absorb feedback from peers and management. Excellent time management, including the ability to multitask, juggle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines. High level of organizational skills with the ability to bring patience and persistence to all tasks and responsibilities. A proactive mindset is needed to improve skills and qualifications, learn new best practices, and adapt to a growing and evolving field.
