WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU  Entry-level up to Experienced Aerospace Manufacturing Position Entry-Level positions provide a path for you to grow into an Aerospace Career Starting at $19.86+/hr.  No Experience Required On-the-job training and advancement opportunities   Shift: Monday – Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Three (3) weeks of paid time off ( Includes a Paid Week Off Between Christmas and New Year ) Seven (7) paid holidays Discretionary year-end bonus 100% paid health, vision, and dental benefits for employees & 50% for dependents 401K retirement plan with 3% matching program Pay increases based on performance Friendly team environment and fun company events WHAT YOU'LL DO As a member of the Interiors Department, the  Interiors Technician will assemble interior aircraft components following engineering drawings and company specifications. This is a Great job for you if you have some basic skills (hand and power tools) and are looking for a career you can grow with. Other expectations may include:
Cover interior panels with leather, vinyl, and other materials   Use hand tools, fixtures, and computer-based job processing system to complete work Perform trim & drill operations  Work with sealants and bonding adhesives  Other duties as assigned or required WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM  Experience working in a manufacturing environment is helpful Proficient and comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools Eye for detail and take pride in high quality work Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings Basic computer skills Must work well independently and in a team with a great attitude Open to new ideas, challenges, and learning opportunities Reliable and dependable Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future Keywords: Full time, Entry Level, Mid Level, Senior Level, Benefits, Paid Time Off, Manufacturing, Assembly, Maintenance, Repair, Hand tools, Power Tools, Composites, Aerospace, Aviation, Bend Oregon Jobs, Central Oregon, 97701, 97703, 97556, 97739, Training Provided, Will train, First Shift, Morning, Retirement, 401K, Bonus program, No experience required, No college diploma, Military encouraged, High school degree, Associates degree, Some College, $18.72+/hour
