Responsibilities
• Assist in implementing the Refrigerant Management Program, Small Container of Automotive Refrigerant Regulation, and SF6 regulation.• Manage and improve the facility registration database.• Conduct analyses and present summaries of the data.• Expand the outreach database by conducting web searches.• Contact trade associations and other state agencies.• Conduct surveys to obtain information on RMP rule applicability.• Evaluate outreach effectiveness.• Review the completeness of annual reports and follow-up with non-compliant facilities.• Assist in the investigation of refrigerant emission complaints and potential rule violations.• Coordinate and interact with internal and external stakeholders.• Draft briefing papers and present updates to peers and management.• Assist in reviewing annual reports for RMP, small can, and SF6 regulations.
Requirements
• Valid California Drivers License (CDL) required.• Must include a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) with application.• SOQ must be maximum of 2 pages (Arial 12 pt).• Resumes do not replace the SOQ.• Application and required documents must be received or postmarked by the Final Filing Date.• Minimum Qualifications listed in the Classification Specification must be met.
