Our Jericho branch is looking for a new Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team. Your Role As our Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience each time they engage with QuickSTAT. Your team is responsible for direct interaction with our customers, proactive customer service, problem solving, customer follow up, and interaction with our sales colleagues. You will be on first shift in this position, reporting to the Jericho office Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. Your Responsibilities Increase carrier use by reviewing cargo flows and collaborating with partners to implement changes that benefit QuickSTAT and our customers Monitor customer shipments to provide proactive updates to customers and by collaborating with other partners, problem solve in anticipation of a customer complaint Inclusion and transfer of customer requirements into the QuickSTAT systems You will collaborate with team members to provide problem resolution to customers Communicate and provide updates to customers until the delivery is made Other tasks as assigned by manager Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or similar field 3+ years of Air Logistics and Freight Forwarding experience Must report to our Jericho office Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00am - 4:30pm, with the possibility of holidays and weekends as this office is a 24/7 facility Good Reasons to Join At QuickSTAT we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
