FTE: 0.5, 20 hours / week
Schedule: Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Reporting Days: 190, 10 months
Compensation: Hourly
Starting Pay: $13-$16 / hr., DOE;
Minimum Qualifications Required: Education: High School
Experience:?Education experience preferred
Background: Clear FBI background check
Language: Strong verbal and writing skills in English, Spanish fluency preferred

Ensures behavior management of students during lunch service and/or during lunch recess. Ensures student safety and well-being. Communicates proper lunchroom or playground rules to students. Communicates with teachers regarding student behavior challenges. Builds meaningful relationships with students Assists students in exhibiting the Athlos Performance Character traits and upholding the mission and vision of Athlos at all times. Must be able to spend much of the day standing or mobile throughout the school and playground. Talk, hear, grasp, reach and lift up to 30lbs. Must be able to see in close range and far range. Ability to concentrate in active and noisy environments such as cafeterias and playgrounds. Must be able to have repetitive wrist/hand/finger movement to work on computer and/or related office equipment. Ability to handle potentially high stress conditions. Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions outdoors.
