AI Strategic Marketing Intern: Summer 2024 Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart! The Opportunity A Summer Internship at Nutanix is an opportunity to gain exposure to one or more areas according to your skill set and interests. If you're interested in the following type of work, the AI Strategic Marketing Intern role would be perfect for you! This is a 12-week internship starting on May 20th or June 3rd depending on your availability. Nutanix offers this remote internship where you would support our office in San Jose, CA.
The Team We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented undergraduate intern to join our team. We want to speed our ability to create good content that is on message and optimize marketing effort.
What You'll Do This role is tasked with helping to evaluate tools and pilot using AI for marketing content. You will work with internal teams to understand if any tools already exist or are in development while also evaluating commercially available options. Ideally, we would pilot a solution and provide a set a beta users with guidance on how best to use AI to generate marketing content, including emails, solution briefs, blogs, white papers and more.
What You'll Bring + Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business or a related field.
+ Familiarity with messaging frameworks, content creation, and other marketing functions
+ Some experience working with Gen AI tools like ChatGPT
+ Prompt engineering experience is a plus
+ Knowledge of how Gen AI models are created is a plus but not required
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $22-
29/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors,
including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation
package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted
stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other
benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time,
and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit
plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify
base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time,
