Agronomy Manager

Gpac is currently searching for an Agronomy Manager to manage a team at a growing ag retailer. This is going to be a high-level position with tremendous advancement opportunities. Alongside having a strong operations background, some of the other main attributes they are looking for are someone who can be a coach, mentor, and manager of people, providing direction and strategic planning to meet goals.Sales Responsibilities:Prior experience in seed, fertilizer, and chemical salesManaging staff or admin, operations, and sales teamsDeveloping & managing operating budgetsCoordinating product deliveries and scheduling chemical application schedulesOverseeing multiple locationsAgronomy Manager Qualifications:5+ years of experience in the Agriculture IndustryBachelor's degree in Agronomy or Agriculture related programExperience managing an Agronomy Sales team or locationPlease submit a resume for consideration.
