Position DescriptionEleanor Health seeks a mission-driven, highly motivated, and experienced Agile Program Manager to join our growing technology team.  You will report directly to the VP of Technology and play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating multiple Agile teams working on strategic programs.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the execution of complex Agile programs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Managing lean business case and business requirement templates.Provide feedback and coaching to the business owners tasked with completing the lean business case and the business requirements document.Proactively manage and guide projects through our lean portfolio and provide agile and process coaching to the business and value stream owners.Break down programs into manageable epics and user stories, working collaboratively with product owners and stakeholders.Working closely with the Agile teams and VP of Technology to manage our portfolio of projects within Monday.com and Jira. Create dashboards within Monday.com and Jira that provide visibility into our technology roadmap.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across multiple Agile teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Manage program dependencies and identify potential roadblocks, proactively developing solutions to keep programs on track.Track program progress against key metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and status updates to stakeholders.Identify, implement, and encourage Agile best practices throughout the program lifecycle.Foster a high-performing and collaborative program environment, promoting team building and knowledge sharing.Support program retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage risks and dependencies across the program portfolio.Stay up-to-date on the latest Agile methodologies and frameworks.Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of experience in Agile program management or a related field.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs using Agile methodologies (Lean, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Experience in managing and prioritizing program backlogs.Experience with Agile project management tools (Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a plus.Proven ability to manage stakeholders and manage expectations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Benefits:The target annual compensation range for this position is $115,000-150,000 base + bonus.
