Responsibilities: Combine agricultural and business knowledge with an in-depth understanding of each customer's current financial position in order to provide innovative and workable alternatives to solve problems the customer faces in their ongoing farming operations Manage and grow existing loan portfolio Prepare credit analysis on assigned portfolio directly or through the use of a credit analyst Approve within delegated authority loan structures pricing and conditions on loan transactions Seek lending relationships with existing customers Requirements: Evidence of education and learning, Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 4 years' experience in actual commercial and local farm lending, agricultural and commercial Other progressive advancements in banking career evidence helpful Business development activity Desire to commit to the community helpful Evidence of agricultural knowledge desired All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
