Responsibilities May Include: Lead the discovery, ideation, prioritization, technical development and launch of innovative data and AI product opportunities that align with the business strategy and objectives incorporating design thinking. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and vendors to define the product vision, scope, roadmap, and backlog. Communicate the product vision, value proposition, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and end users. Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with the product roadmap and stakeholder expectations. Work with the scrum team to plan, execute, and review sprints, ensuring that the product increments meet the quality standards and user needs. Monitor and measure the performance, usage, and feedback of data and AI products, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and improvements. Ensure that all AI products released adhere to the P66 GenAI policy and own the manage review and approval process. Manage the product budget, ensuring that the product development and delivery are within the allocated resources and timelines. Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring that the product is maintained, updated, and retired as needed. Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data and AI, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Required Qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the job posting country Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field 5 or more years of experience in product management, preferably in data and AI domains 3 or more years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, focused on: Supply & Trading, Value Chain Optimization and Digital Transformation initiatives 3 or more years of experience in agile product development and delivery, preferably using Scrum methodology Experience in data and AI technologies, tools, and platforms, such as data engineering, data analytics, data visualization, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc. Business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to understand the business needs, challenges, and opportunities to translate them into data product/solutions Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the product vision, value, and roadmap to various audiences, including senior leadership, business partners, and end users Preferred Qualifications: Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage their expectations and feedback Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive the product development and delivery process and resolve issues and conflicts Strong customer focus and user empathy, with the ability to understand the user needs, pain points, and behaviors, and to design data and AI products that meet and exceed their expectations Certification in product management, agile, or data and AI Total Rewards
