This incorporates, but not limited to, providing regular reports for both finance & sales teams, analyzing regional performance and preparation of forecasts and outlooks for both top line review and standard/gross margin, calculation of SIP accruals, full operating expenses, playing active role in annual and strategic planning sessions, and driving profitable, sustainable, and predictable growth.
