Ability to Handle sensitive telephone & face-to-face inquiries & contacts with public & government; Write letters, papers, reports & speeches & deliver speeches before general public; Develop complex reports & position papers; Define problems, collect data, establish facts & draw valid conclusions; Calculate fractions, decimals & percentages; Gather, collate & classify information according to established methods.

This position is non-exempt (eligible for overtime) from the Fair Labor Standards Act.
