WHAT YOU'LL DO As our Advertising Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in connecting businesses with local seniors. Your primary responsibility will be to drive advertising sales by cultivating new client relationships and nurturing existing ones. In doing so, you'll help our clients reach and positively impact the local senior community. This role involves proactive prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking to identify new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for negotiating terms, addressing client concerns and overseeing the successful execution of advertising campaigns that resonate with our audience. In this position, you will manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously, requiring excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Relationships: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored solutions that deliver value. Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities by showcasing the value of our audience, products and services to prospective clients. Advertising Proposals: Prepare and present advertising proposals that meet client objectives and fit within their budget constraints. Collaboration: Work closely with sales support and creative teams to ensure that advertising campaigns are executed seamlessly and effectively. Client satisfaction: Maintain regular communication with clients to monitor their satisfaction and make adjustments to their campaigns as necessary. Prospecting: Engage in prospecting activities, such as cold calling and networking, to identify new business opportunities. Data Management: Efficiently manage contracts and monitor sales opportunities using our cloud-based CRM software. Sales Excellence: Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Operational Support: Support our company in day-to-day operations of advertiser-driven marketing, integration, digital and promotions. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Proven experience in advertising sales, account management or related field Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously A self-motivated and results-driven attitude Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft 365 Knowledge of the local market and the needs of seniors is a plus PAY RANGE: $17-$22 hourly, plus commissions and bonuses which can double your pay
