Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will create Adobe Target experiments that solve real user pain points and improve key e-commerce success metrics. This position is responsible for delivering complex solutions to site visitors and being able to work effectively both as an individual and as part of a team. You will be responsible for working to gather and understand business requirements and build customized optimization solutions to meet technical needs. For that, you will be configuring and operating Adobe Target to develop and deliver customer-centered journeys and campaigns to deliver the right experience to the right customer. In your day-to-day, you will be working with and promoting the execution of best practices at a technological level.What you'll do:Develop, implement, and maintain Adobe Target solutions to build test and personalization campaignsExecute best practices for technical implementations and provide a strategy to achieve exceptional solutions using Adobe TargetDeliver against the website optimization and customized experience strategies across the website and other touchpointsPartner with cross-functional teams to assess technical feasibility to execute tests and personalized experiencesDrive technical effort working with IT partners, site content, and creative teams to ensure timely execution of testing and personalization cadenceCollaborate with user experience designers to ensure that test variants align with the design system and brandingAbility to communicate and closely partner with colleagues in several different business functionsDebug, troubleshoot, and fix any configuration and integration issuesDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering custom site experiences and tool implementationWhat we offer:Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it.
