PART-TIME ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR INTAKE DEPARTMENT JOB AVAILABLE Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital, newly constructed in 2018 - state of the art Inpatient facility conveniently located at 9938 Airline Highway and our Outpatient Facility located at 615 Chevelle Court. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for intakes and completing inquiry forms Reviews packets for criteria and updates intake logs Collects data for QAPI on intakes Communicates with physicians and Director of Nursing about possible admissions Initiates demographics on face sheets, episodes of care and insurance information for new admits and puts new patient charts together Completes insurance verifications as patients accepted by physician Skills Needed: Proficient in Microsoft Office Should be able to work with minimal supervision Organized and self-disciplined Thorough documentation and communication skills Education/Experience/License required: At least two three years of admissions for psychiatric patients experience preferred Please visit the careers page on our website to apply for the position.
