We are looking for a highly skilled Admissions Associate to join our team. The Admission Associate will support all phases of the Admission funnel and in the execution of strategic institutional enrollment goals. This individual will partner with the Director of Admissions to market the mission and vision of SAAS to our various constituencies: prospective parents, students, partner schools, internal stakeholders, and the broader community. This position is nonexempt and is eligible for overtime with a salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 ($33.65 - $38.46/hour), depending on relative experience and is based on working a twelve-month schedule. This position offers the perfect opportunity for an individual to contribute to and learn from a strong and high-functioning team. The position will start as soon as the right candidate is available.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports prospective students and their families through the admission process: navigation of online applications and responds to phone and email inquiries. Management of student application database (Ravenna) Conducts student and family tours and student interviews. Works closely with Admission Parent Ambassadors. Assists with or may lead activities/conversations with students. Assists with the planning and execution of admission events. Manages a variety of short and long-term projects as assigned. High level of detail and follow-through. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION: The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of integrity, flexibility, collaboration, and the ability to work with a diverse population.
Bachelor's degree or three to five years of successful and proven admission-related or direct customer service experience. Excellent computer skills, including the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. Excellent communication skills, including writing, proofreading and speaking. Strategic thinker who can drive strategic recommendations. Knowledge of Microsoft Suit (Knowledge of the Ravenna application management system is a plus) Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion Successful candidates must be able to pass a fingerprint background check as a contingency of employment.
