We are seeking an Administator - Home and Community-Based Services to join our team!
Responsibilities :
The Admin will be in charge of and not limited to:
Managing data in spreadsheets and reports Keeping records and reports up to date Helping maintain the budget plan Organizing and scheduling meetings and events Supervising other staff and delegating responsibilities Handling technical issues in their area of expertise Carrying out clerical duties, including calling clients and answering phones and preparing documents Carry the vision and functional objectives of Source Of Hope. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Strong allegiance and loyalty to the vision of Source Of Hope. Minimum of 1 year of progressive hands-on personal client care experience as well as administrative responsibilities Previous experience in personal care or other related fields Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong values, morals, character.
