This position is responsible for a variety of tasks related to reception, supporting the sales staff, billing and receiving as well as other general office functions. Must be able to work under pressure and work collaboratively, providing information to clients and acting as liaison between departments. Responsibilities include: Answering phones and transferring calls Process daily branch sales billing Process branch receiving paperwork Process customer credits and vendor debits Tracking sales orders Order office supplies Data entry, including CRM Sales support Customer service Material sourcing/purchasing Sales order entry Requirements: Previous admin assistant or sales support duties Previous experience with multiple phone lines Knowledge of accounting helpful Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist of Sales support associate Hands one experience with ERP and CRM systems In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Excellent communication skills
