Job Summary: The Human Development Institute ( HDI ) supports the provision of quality services for persons with disabilities and their families. We are seeking to fill an Administrative Research Assistant Principle position which will work across multiple grant projects. This position will work closely with project staff to efficiently conduct required surveys and manage project resources.
The positions responsibilities include: Work directly with adults with disabilities, disability service providers and families. Survey coordination. Management of contract surveyor activities and trainings. Conduct surveys with people with disabilities across Kentucky via a variety of surveying modalities. Management of data collection and evaluation of data sources. Assist in quality control and improvement activities.
This position will advance HDI's mission and strategic plan.
