Primary Responsibilities The Project Support Assistant will work with Project Managers and other technical team members in support of the Field Services Construction Management program within Transportation Business Group. The duties of the Project Support Assistant may include any or all of the following, depending on the candidates' qualifications, experience and abilities. The group management team is based out of Denver, CO. Field services employees work at project sites in multiple states primarily in the central and western portions of the country.
Assist with daily administrative tasks
Provide document control support for the group and some projects. Document control support may include hard-copy and electronic files for multiple projects for multiple project managers. 
Manage HDR fleet vehicles: tracking vehicles and mileage log submittal; supporting vehicle maintenance; process mileage logs; support vehicle procurement through HDR's internal fleet manager; facilitate vehicle transfers; support distribution of vehicle plates/registration; and support vehicle stocking with proper safety equipment
Maintain organization of current and past project information including descriptions, schedule and cost information, references, and photos.
Support staff to maintain and update resumes upon completion of training, start of new projects, and maintain status of resume updates
Maintain inventory of Field Service Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and distribute as appropriate
Collaborate with field staff and project managers to mobilize staff to project sites and assist in supplying PPE.  
Develop and update Excel spreadsheets for operations and project support
Conduct research and gather information for project specific tasks as directed by project managers.
Participate in group leadership meetings. Prepare and distribute detailed minutes of meetings including action items.
Coordinate and assist in the preparation and production of project client deliverables including letters, reports, and technical documents.
Document control between project participants, including sub-consultants, and, where appropriate, between the project team(s) and the client(s).
May require interaction and corresponding with agencies, stakeholders, and public entities
Develop PowerPoint presentations based on input from project team members
Assist employees searching for temporary lodging in various locations throughout central and western states

Required Qualifications Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
Must be a proactive, self starting, detail oriented individual with strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills.
Must display time management skills, ability to prioritize and work efficiently with multiple staff and clients.
Written and oral communications skills are essential
Proficient Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Power Point.  Familiarity with Microsoft Word including format tools for reports, table of contents, headers and footers, and tables/figures
Ability to multi task and manage multiple daily requests from staff on multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
Preferred experience with the architectural/engineering industry and/or client service organizations
Preference given to local candidates

The expected compensation range for this position is $48,741.00 - $69,630.00 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
