Administrative & IT System CoordinatorResponsible for office operations and project trackingFull-Time, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement office procedures and policies• Maintain accurate office records• Provide customer service for help desk requests• Coordinate and support team schedules• Assist with planning and management of meetings• Provide comprehensive support to the Project Management Division• Collaborate with various departments• Oversee project completion tracking and invoicing• Assist with contract development and execution• Manage IT policies and communicate changes• Receive and track vendor invoices• Ensure vendor and contractor compliance• Oversee a safety program• Assist with inventory control and purchase approvals• Maintain and support all IT systems• Troubleshoot and maintain printers, scanners, and networking systems• Monitor and respond to network security and virus threats
Requirements
• Office management experience required• High school diploma or GED required• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred• Minimum two years of administrative experience• Strong interpersonal skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Key Skills Needed
• Strong managerial/supervisory background• Strong customer service and communication skills• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
