Teleworking employees may be required to report to their headquarters office location on designated telework days. Travel expenses are not reimbursed, however other authorized transit subsidies do exist for those who qualify.
Under direct supervision of the Staff Services Manager II (SSM II), Chief of the Licensing and Administrative Business Bureau (LABB), the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) of the Administrative Business Entity Section (ABES) is responsible for overseeing the centralization of the Licensing Services Division (LSD) procurement, ordering of supplies and invoice processing by working closely with the Business Management Bureau (BMB) and the Information Technology Division (ITD) Procurement offices as well as the LSD management team to process new and renewing contracts, interagency agreements, subscriptions, or preparing documents for the bidding process, when requires, as well as the ordering/invoice processing and the monitoring of LSD's budget. The incumbent will also oversee the Business Entity Unit (BE), which is responsible for the review and processing of all business license applications and renewals for several qualification types and may represent LABB or the Curriculum and Licensing Background Bureau (CLBB) on various intra-departmental task forces and special projects.
