Primary Purpose:  Compiles data and performs administrative tasks to support the Information Systems Department.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Aids the Vice President of Information Systems and the Information Systems staff.
2. Provides administrative support to the I.S. department such as preparing employee monthly time accruals; plans monthly budgets and general ledger for Vice Presidents within Oklahoma Farm Bureau.
3. Acts as the liaison between ISCS Teleconference Co. and the I.S. department; creates monthly reports for various Vice Presidents within Oklahoma Farm Bureau.
4. Answers and screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible; arranges conference calls.
5. Greets schedule visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person.
6. Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including email and faxes.
7. Maintains inventory and orders office supplies.
8. Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, and reserves and prepares facilities.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
Supports the organization's quality program(s).

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT The employee will work in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment varies from quiet to moderate.

Physical: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel, such as keyboarding and writing. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. Must have visual acuity to read and draft reports, memos, letters, etc. Specific vision abilities required by this job include vision adequate for the incumbent to perform the responsibilities and functions of the job efficiently. Must be able to speak and communicate clearly.
