As an Administrative Assistant you will handle administrative duties for the Regional Director and be the point of contact for the other regional Area Sales Managers.

+ Assists Regional Sales Director for Kyocera in day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
+ Sales reporting through Oracle, Discovery reports, field sales force, etc.
+ Assist RSD with the flow of information to customer and sales personnel.
+ Greet and meet clients as they arrive at the branch.
+ Types letters, memos, reports, and/or charts.
+ Direct visitors, answers phones; handles all in-bound and out-bound mail for the Region and Direct Branch.
+ Makes flight and hotel reservations, when necessary for VIPs.
+ Maintains all necessary files, monitor leads as needed and reports to HQ using Share point.
+ Maintain and Schedule demo room and Conference Rooms for Region and Branch,
+ Assist /maintain demo room inventory and assets management reporting to NJ quarterly.
+ Coordinate Service training and all on-site events requiring hotels and meals.
+ Providing information, servicing questions, and sending sales materials for Field Sales and Dealers.
+ Processes distribution invoices in OnBase System.
+ Review invoices for accuracy, import into OnBase and assign GL codes.
+ Communicate with Dallas as needed.
+ Supporting Regional sales and service team for open houses, training classes, etc. as required.
+ Assist Regional technical manager when requested.
+ Facilities liaison.
+ Coordination with Facilities Director for repairs and building maintenance.
+ Purchasing supplies as needed.
Required:
+ Strong communication skills both oral and written form required.
+ Work in the office Monday - Friday, no remote hours.
+ College degree or several years' experience.
+ The incumbent must be familiar with computer software, specifically Word Processing and Spreadsheet software including Word and Excel and ON Base and Share point and Teams.
