Administrative Assistant, Mid

Bowhead is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support JFCC IMD operations at Schriever Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO. • Provide general support to daily operations to include support for travel, scheduling, document control, resource management, video and telephone conferencing, staff action preparation and coordination, use of task monitoring tool (TMT), meeting coordination, protocol, calendar upkeep and records administration.
• Attend and support conferences, meetings and briefings as required.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in similar administrative functions
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
Physical Demands:
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
