We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Marketing & Fund Development team as an Administrative Assistant! In this hybrid role, you'll provide crucial administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and ensure excellent customer service.
Here's what you'll do:
Coordinate administrative tasks, projects, and programs to keep things running smoothly.
Answer phone calls, emails, and internal communication platforms like Slack, providing professional and helpful responses.
Be the bridge between different departments and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Utilize your computer skills to create spreadsheets, manage databases, and prepare presentations, reports, and documents that support your team's needs.
Track department data within fundraising software to maintain accurate records.
Keep track of processes, timelines, and ensure tasks are completed and followed up on efficiently.
Manage calendars, organize meetings, take minutes, and keep track of action items for the team.
Assist with fundraising efforts and events, including attending events as needed.
Provide support to team leaders and colleagues as assigned.
What you bring to the table:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valley de-escalation certification (specific requirements may vary).
Two years of office or administrative experience (preferred).
