Willamette Valley Vineyards, a leading producer of world-class wines, is seeking an energetic, team player, and customer-focused individual to join our Administrative team at our Estate winery in the Salem Hills. The Administrative Assistant will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. Primary Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions Supports Company's effort to create a more sustainable, cross-cultural and "green" environment. Assists with all Administrative tasks for all departments Monitors department based emails as assigned Create and type correspondence and memorandums in proper format. Work efficiently with all departments of the company to ensure optimal customer service levels are being achieved and maintained. Work closely with administrators and other employees to organize files, create correspondence, and manage calendars as needed. Assist in planning events as needed. Creates data spreadsheets on an as-needed basis. Prepares for appointments by printing handouts, gathering supplies, submitting sample requests, etc. Manages Vacation calendar for Key Managers by gathering requests, facilitating approvals, and updating calendar. Assist Key Managers as assigned. Assists with special projects on an as-needed basis. Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Administrative/Ownership Manager or CEO. Requirements: Must be able to : Lift 40 pounds. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner. Communicate through active listening skills and gather accurate insights to human behavior. Sit for long periods of time. Performs other duties as assigned. Must have: Highly developed organizational, communication and time management skills. Build team dynamics and synergy across departments. Optimize resource potential. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail Strong knowledge of MSOffice, including Word and Excel. Independent motivation to identify and resolve issues. Communicate through active-listening skills and gather accurate insights to human behavior. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner. Multitask, work independently and as part of a team. Build team dynamics and synergy across departments Use point-of-sale (POS) systems, Google services, and Microsoft Office Suite. Other Skills/Abilities Highly developed, detail-oriented organizational, operational, and time management skills.
