We are on the lookout for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Full-Time Administrative Assistant. This role is pivotal in providing essential support to our clients and various programs. It requires the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment, showcasing a strong work ethic and a solid background in office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring all client intake documents are reviewed and completed accurately.
Managing requests for client medical records, including Release of Information (ROI) and intake documentation.
Offering bilingual support, with differential pay available for those fluent in Spanish.

Qualifications:
Bilingualism (Spanish/English) is required, with differential pay provided.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Associate degree in a related field is preferred.
Proficient in using Electronic Health Record systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in scheduling or working in a call center environment is a plus.
Previous experience in the behavioral health field is strongly preferred.
Exhibits a high level of discretion, professionalism, organizational, and time management skills.
