Full job description Are you enthusiastic about enhancing HR practices within the thriving agriculture industry? Hiring an HR Coordinator located in Spencer, IA. This position will be part of a dynamic office environment, supporting various administrative tasks and collaborating with the corporate team including the warehouse management. Hours are 7am-3:30pm with occasional overtime. Starting wage is between $18-$23 depending on experience.
HR Responsibilities: Assist in pre-employment screening and onboarding processes Enter employee data including attendance, disciplinary actions, reviews, and new hire paperwork Participates in meetings with the leadership team Maintain internal documents, digitalize records, create spreadsheets for inventory management, and assist with tracking forklift hours and records. Assist in maintaining maintenance logs and developing forms for records Act as a backup for inventory and record keeping in the SAP system Skills and Qualifications: 1+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word Previous SAP system experience is nice to have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
